Also known as the R32, this iteration of the Skyline GT-R had a 280hp inline-six DOHC twin turbo engine combined with a torque-split four-wheel drive system, the Super HICAS four-wheel steering setup, and multilink suspension: top end technology for its day. Retaining the two-door coupe form, it sported blister fenders and a front bumper with yawning air intakes, as well as a rear wing.
